Refund and Exchange Policy

At متجر الياسمين we are committed to customer satisfaction. The following policy applies to all returns and exchanges.

Return Window

Within 7 days of delivery.

(Merchants will be able to adjust this window from the dashboard in a future phase.)

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted provided:

• The product is unused.
• The original packaging is intact.
• Product tags are still attached.
• Proof of purchase is included.
• The 7-day window has not passed.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via the contact page or WhatsApp.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
3. We will arrange product pickup within 48 hours.
4. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the product arrives.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer except for defective or wrongly-shipped items (which the store covers). Original shipping is deducted from the refund only for voluntary returns.

Refund Timeline

Within 7 – 14 business days of receiving the product. The refund uses the original payment method. You will get a WhatsApp message with the reference number upon completion.

Exchange

The same return conditions apply to exchanges. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a full refund.
