The following terms apply to all visits and purchases from شام مارت.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the site you agree to these terms. شام مارت is the official contracting party.

Prices are calculated in ل.س and include taxes disclosed at checkout.

Cash on delivery is available within حماه and select governorates.

Orders may be delayed for force-majeure reasons.

Products are offered "as is" while preserving Syrian consumer rights as provided by law.

Our liability is limited to the order value; we do not bear indirect damages.

These terms are governed by Syrian law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of حماه against شام مارت.
